gets the job done, completely, on time and on budget ... Reiko's designs were superb, particularly her covers. She would listen to story conferences

One of the true joys of working with Reiko is her enthusiasm, care and
passion for the projects she undertakes. She always read my features
– and was genuinely interested in them – in order to best illustrate
a story with the resources we were given. She could spin straw into
gold. We also co-authored a section called the Data Page where Reiko
would best-interpret visually the various forms of newspaper data I
would put together. She did an outstanding job – that section was
always tightly coordinated and very well liked because Reiko took the
time to really understand the data and figure out the best way to
present them. The fact she was so on top of everything always made my
job easier.
